1/4 cup chopped onion
3 ripe avocados
1 serrano pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
10 grape tomatoes, quartered

GUACAMOLE Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients except the tomatoes into a bowl
  2. Coursely cut with a pastry blender.

    Stir in tomates at the end.
