Ingredients
To roast:
5 lbs tomatillos, husked, rinsed, cut in half |
2 serrano peppers |
2 poblano peppers |
1 large red onion |
6 cloves garlic |
2 tbsp canola oil |
To blend in:
2 limes, juiced |
1 tsp cumin |
salt & pepper to taste |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste |
1 handful cilantro |
TOMATILLO SALSA Directions
- Put the vegetables on a pan to roast (convection roast, 375 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
- Put the roasted vegetables into a blender and add the other ingredients. Blend to desired consistency. Add water if too thick.
